1. Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if:

• The product you received is damaged upon delivery.

• The product has a manufacturing defect or fault.

To qualify, the request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).

• Exchanges are only applicable for the same product.

• If the exact product is not available, we may offer a replacement of equal value or assist you with a suitable alternative.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions.

• Items returned after the 30-day exchange period.

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if specified as non-exchangeable).

4. Process for Exchange

2. Provide details of the issue along with photos of the damaged or faulty product.

3. Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the product.

4. After verification, a replacement will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the product is confirmed as faulty or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

• In all other cases, shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
